American Institute for Aeronautics and Astronautics
AIAA's technical journals cover subjects from aerothermodynamics to V/STOL advances to avionics to celestial mechanics. Original research papers present concepts, methods of analysis, technical knowledge, exploratory developments, and new applications, and all are peer-reviewed by experts in the field.
Some of the more frequently used AIAA journals here at the institute are:
  • AIAA Journal
  • Journal of Aircraft
  • Journal of Spacecraft and Rockets
  • Journal of Thermophysics and Heat Transfer
  • Journal of Propulsion and Power

Canadian Aeronautics and Space Institute
The Canadian Aeronautics and Space Institute (CASI) is a non-profit scientific and technical organization for aerospace professionals. CASI was created to advance the art, science, engineering and application of aeronautics and space in Canada. CASI publishes the only two technical journals of their kind in Canada. One concentrates on aeronautics and astronautics, while the other is devoted to remote sensing.
  • Canadian Aeronautics and Space Journal
  • Canadian Journal of Remote Sensing

Journal of Composite Materials
NB: Technomic Pub. Co. recently acquired by Sage Publishing UK.
TheJournal of Composite Materials remains the primary journal covering new advances in this technology. This pioneering journal publishes more technical papers on advanced composites than any other journal. All papers are original, peer-reviewed, and present significant new developments in the research and development of advanced composites.
The authors are recognized authorities from industry, universities and research organizations. Topics include theoretical and experimental findings on the physical and structural properties of high performance, multiphase materials. Both phenomenological and mechanistic approaches and their interrelations are emphasized. Fracture, fatigue, structural reliability, and design criteria are given special attention.

Journal of Nuclear Materials
The Journal of Nuclear Materials publishes high quality papers in materials research relevant to nuclear fission and fusion reactor technologies, and in closely related aspects of materials science and engineering. Both original research and critical review papers covering experimental, theoretical, and computational aspects of either fundamental or applied nature are welcome. The breadth of the field is such that a wide range of processes and properties from atomic lattice defects, microstructures, thermodynamics, and corrosion to mechanical and physical properties are presented.
