Professor Swetaprovo Chaudhuri
Professor Chaudhuri is an expert in turbulent reacting flows and propulsion, internationally recognized for his original contributions to turbulent flame stabilization, propagation, and structure through experiments, theory, and computation. He is a Professor at the University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies. Professor Chaudhuri has authored or co-authored more than one hundred articles in leading journals, conferences, and books, and has received honors from ASME, UConn, INSA, IAS, and the University of Toronto. He is an elected Associate Fellow of the AIAA and serves on its Propellants and Combustion Technical Committee. He also serves as a Colloquium Co-Coordinator at the International Symposium on Combustion and has served as a member of Ontario’s COVID-19 Modeling Consensus Table.
